At CMTP, we're one of Australia's leading timber and packaging manufacturers with over 50 years of stability. We're looking for a hands‑on Team Leader to lead a team of approximately 10 people while working alongside them on the production floor at our modern Dandenong South site.

What you'll be doing

- Working alongside and developing your team in a hands‑on production environment
- Operating timber manufacturing machinery, assembly work and automated robots
- Monitoring production, quality and safety standards
- Coaching team members and driving continuous improvement
- Operating a forklift (desirable)

You’ll have:





- Experience or the desire to step up into leading a team in a timber production environment
- A hands‑on leadership style and a strong work ethic
- Confidence operating power tools and machinery
- A commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- A Forklift Licence (LF)
