Company

- Apply your clinical skills in a multidisciplinary clinic

- FIFO (6 weeks on/off rotations) role, Offshore location – Flights and accommodation provided

- Max term full-time contract starting August '26 till August '27

Deliver exceptional mental health services including the provision of Torture and Trauma Counselling services to clients as an integral part of a dynamic team.

The Role

The Mental Health Nurse (Torture & Trauma Support) will deliver high-quality mental health care with the provision of Torture and Trauma Counselling in a clinical setting. Key Tasks:

- Deliver comprehensive mental health care tailored to client needs

- Provide Torture and Trauma counselling consultations as required

- Initiate appropriate treatment and referrals during emergency situations

- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring holistic care





- Administer medications as prescribed and/or in accordance

- Conduct health programs designed to improve mental wellness

Requirements

- Full working rights in Australia

- Current AHPRA registration as a Div. 1 Registered Nurse

- Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience

- Proven experience with clinical coordination/case management and risk assessment within the mental health workplace

- Relevant experience in Torture and Trauma Counselling

- Current First Aid / BLS certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- Current Federal Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
