The opportunity…

We are looking for an individual who is driven and loves a challenge. As a business, we are growing our presence in the neuro-interventional space and require someone to focus on this portfolio and build our business across NSW.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the NSW territory to drive growth across established and new accounts to achieve the annual NSW INR budget

Establish KOLs and build relationships to help drive our presence in key accounts and within the market to facilitate peer to peer selling across ANZ.

Manage key accounts and target customers

Understand and attend to customers needs, to build long term relationships

Add vibrance and energy to the INR culture

Develop sales strategies and tactics in conjunction with the BM, ensuring alignment to the approved marketing plan; as well as implementation of these strategies and tactics

Plan and support principal visits in assigned territory

Maintain accurate customer account records and customer data base including customer targeting

Establish centres of excellence where our technology and capability can be on display

Collaborate with Business Management to ensure execution of territory neuro-interventional sales plans

Support and collaborate with other Product Specialists

Drive team engagement and morale through effective communication and continuous improvement. Create and actively drive/reinforce a high performance and employee engagement culture, espouse,

We are looking for a professional who is able to drive growth in a highly clinical and rapidly evolving market. They should make decisions putting the patient first but not be afraid to challenge customers about their current practice. The successful candidate will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves, work across a team and drive the business by being present with the customer.

Experience required

Proven experience (>5 years) in sales and territory management, specifically in medical device sales

Valid Australian driver’s license

Willingness to work a adaptable schedule with occasional overnight travel

Highly Desirable

Medical device sales / territory management experience in the fields of cardiology, vascular intervention,



interventional radiology or neuro-intervention.

Relevant tertiary qualification/s in science
