Production & Filter Assembly Team Member

Ace Filters International is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of premium filtration products to the hospitality, food service, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands-on team member to join our Filter Assembly Department.

About the Role

This is a full-time position where you'll work as part of a close-knit production team, assembling and dispatching high-quality filtration products for customers across Australia and overseas.

Your duties will include

- Cutting wire and other materials to specified lengths
- Assembling, inspecting, and packing filter products to company quality standards
- Assisting customers via phone and email with orders and enquiries
- Participating in stocktakes and inventory control
- Unloading and processing incoming shipping containers
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and production area
- Following all quality assurance, food safety, and workplace health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with their hands, and has a positive, can-do attitude. To be successful, you will have:





- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted working rights
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Basic computer skills, including email and data entry
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, or production is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
