Mildura Fruit Juices Australia (MFJA) has been proudly operating since 1970 and is one of Australia's leading fruit processors. We supply juices, concentrates, pulps, purees, blends, oils and food ingredients to customers across the beverage and food service industries.

We're seeking reliable, safety-focused and motivated Process Operators to join our team for the upcoming season. Working in a fast-paced production environment, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality fruit products while maintaining our strong safety and quality standards.

About the Role

As a Process Operator, you'll work across various production areas, supporting the processing of fruit-based products while ensuring quality, safety and efficiency standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Operate and monitor production equipment

- Complete production and quality documentation





- Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas

- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

- Operate forklifts and complete daily pre-start checks (where licenced)

- Identify and escalate production issues as required

- Assist with general production duties as required

What You'll Bring

- Current Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential)

- Robust work ethic and reliability

- Commitment to workplace safety

- Ability to work effectively within a team

- Good communication skills

- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)

- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Shifts Available

Morning Shift

Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:00pm

Afternoon Shift

Monday to Friday | 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Night Shift

Monday Night to Saturday Morning | 10:00pm – 6:00am

Shift availability may vary depending on operational and seasonal requirements.
