Our client is a well-established residential & commercial builder with a solid presence across South East Queensland. They are now seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join their collaborative team and support ongoing growth...could this be YOU?!

Your new role

Reporting to an experienced Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate production estimates across a high-volume residential construction portfolio. You'll work across a range of detached housing products including investor homes, owner-occupier homes, terrace homes and selected custom projects.

Key responsibilities include

- Preparing and compiling bills of quantities
- Producing production and variation estimates
- Managing purchase order overruns
- Assisting with supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Supporting procurement processes where required
- Maintaining pricing databases and standard house plans.

What you'll need to succeed





- Minimum 2+ years' experience in Production Estimating
- Residential construction industry experience
- Experience using estimating software platforms
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
