We are currently recruiting Production Hands for an established Australian manufacturing business of over 40 years that produces specialised agricultural products for customers across Australia. These roles offer ongoing work, overtime and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Shift Details

These positions are available on either a day shift or afternoon shift roster, Monday to Friday:

- Day Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (for forklift roles, a current licence is required).

- Perform manual handling tasks, including bagging and stacking small packs.

- Assist with picking, weighing, and batching ingredients for blending.

- Conduct pre-start equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.

- Support general production operations as required.

To Be Considered, You Will Need

- A current Forklift Licence for forklift operator positions (preferred).

- The physical capability to perform manual handling tasks in a manufacturing environment.

- A positive attitude and solid teamwork skills.

- Previous experience in manufacturing, agriculture,



feed production, or a similar environment is advantageous but not essential.

What's on Offer

Day Shift

- Casual rate of $38.75 per hour plus superannuation.

- Permanent rate of $31.00 per hour plus superannuation.

Afternoon Shift

- Casual rate of up to $44.56 per hour plus superannuation.

- Permanent rate of $35.65 per hour plus superannuation.

Additional benefits include
- Overtime opportunities available, subject to operational requirements.

- Opportunity to transition from casual to permanent employment.

- Permanent employees receive 4 weeks' annual leave and paid personal (sick) leave.
