Join Drive’s high-performing media production team as a proactive Production Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of engaging editorial, commercial, and special project content. Reporting to the Production Director, you will oversee project logistics, budgets, and safety compliance while supporting and coordinating dynamic in-house and freelance production talent.

This pivotal role is your chance to project manage flagship automotive campaigns, including our renowned Drive Car of the Year awards and television projects.

Day To Day You Will

- End-to-end project manage editorial, commercial, and special production streams within established timelines and budgets.
- Oversee production logistics, including vehicle bookings, permits, location scoping, and strict embargo schedules.
- Guide and support in-house logistics, photography, videography teams, and external freelance talent.
- Champion workplace health and safety by delivering pre-production safety briefs and managing team compliance records.
- Maintain project workflows, tracking, and team communications using MONDAY.com and modern AI production tools.
- Deliver flagship automotive events and broadcast projects, including Drive's Car of the Year and EOFY campaigns.
- Manage production budgets, purchase orders, card expenses, and monthly cost reporting post-month end.

What You'll Bring

- Full Australian driver's licence.
- Demonstrated experience in content production, media coordination, or a related operational role.




- Proven track record in multi-project management utilising digital tools like MONDAY.com or equivalent platforms.
- Experience overseeing production budgets, purchase orders, and monthly cost-tracking workflows.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience coordinating small teams and external freelance contributors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a cooperative, adaptable mindset.
- Sound working knowledge of production environment OH&S; requirements and safety management practices.
