Production & Packaging Team Member

At Mediapoint, we manufacture print for over 1,000 print resellers across Australia.

Our factory is highly automated, fast paced, and built around one goal—getting quality orders out the door as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working hard.

The type of person who naturally works with urgency, likes staying busy, and gets satisfaction from completing a lot of work every day.

About the Role

This is a permanent afternoon shift (2pm–10pm) working across our production, finishing and packaging departments.

No two days are exactly the same, but every day is busy.

You'll be part of a team responsible for ensuring customer orders leave on time and to the highest quality standards.

Your day will include:

- Packing finished print jobs
- Quality checking products before dispatch
- High-volume handwork and finishing tasks
- Assisting with production machinery
- Using computers to track production jobs
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Working with urgency to keep production flowing
- Helping wherever required across the factory

About You

This role suits someone who enjoys working at a consistently quick pace.

You're reliable, switched on, physically active and naturally productive.

You don't need someone standing over your shoulder telling you what to do—you simply get on with the job.

Essential Requirements

- Lives within a reasonable distance of Derrimut
- Has reliable transport (2pm–10pm shift)
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Full permanent working rights in Australia
- Able to pass a police check

Highly Regarded

- Manufacturing or production experience
- Print industry experience
- Forklift licence
- Mechanically minded
- Experience using production software
