Precast Solutions Provider | Full-Time

Are you an experienced production leader with a background in precast or manufacturing?

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operating activities within our precast manufacturing facility and drive performance across safety, quality, and production outcomes.

As Production Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production unit to achieve planned targets in line with the production schedule, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Leadership

- Lead by example in implementing safe working practices
- Implement and monitor the Health & Safety Plan
- Conduct safety inspections and manage safe site access/egress
- Drive hazard reporting, incident investigations, and RCA processes

Production & Operations

- Deliver production in line with the detailed production programme
- Manage labour resourcing and shift rosters in collaboration with the Operations Manager
- React to production variables and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams

Quality Assurance

- Implement company QA procedures
- Ensure compliance with Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
- Authorise Hold Points
- Conduct operational quality checks and address defects

Leadership & Team Development





- Supervise and train staff in line with company requirements
- Coach operators in safety, operational standards, and quality behaviours
- Lead workforce briefings and promote robust employee relations
- Manage and record workforce attendance

Contractor & Supplier Management

- Manage subcontractors for maintenance works
- Coordinate with suppliers of goods and services

About You

- Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (precast experience highly regarded)
- Engineering background - highly advantageous
- Strong frontline leadership capability
- Solid understanding of concrete production processes
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
