About the Role

We’re looking for reliable, motivated people who enjoy hands-on work and take genuine pride in producing safe, high-quality products. If you’re someone who notices the small details, follows procedures, and enjoys doing the job well, you’ll fit right in. This full-time day-shift role offers the opportunity to develop new skills, operate leading-edge filling and packaging equipment, and grow with a business that’s continually investing in its future. Full training is provided.

What You’ll Do

· Set up, operate, clean and maintain filling, packaging and labelling equipment. · Produce products that consistently meet our quality standards by following procedures and paying close attention to detail.

· Monitor production, identify minor equipment issues and help maintain safe, efficient operations.

· Accurately complete production and quality documentation.

· Follow GMP, quality, safety and company procedures at all times.

· Contribute to continuous improvement and work collaboratively to achieve production targets.

Previous experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, beverage or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential. We’re looking for people who care about doing the job properly—people who work safely, pay attention to detail, take pride in their work and are committed to producing quality products every day.
