Are you an experienced Production Worker looking for a stable role with excellent pay rates and ongoing work?

Accurate Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our client based in Brisbane North. This role offers competitive hourly rates, consistent hours, and the opportunity for overtime.

What's on Offer

- Day Shift: $38.00 per hour

- 4.00am starts

- Monday to Thursday - 38 hrs

- Ongoing work with potential overtime

- Supportive team environment

About the Role

You will help in the production and assembly process of polyurethane screen panels, pump components and other wear-resistant products used throughout the mining and mineral processing industries.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role with a strong focus on, Safe work practices & Quality workmanship.

Duties Include

- Trimming products

- Production line operations

- General manual handling and labouring duties





- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Following quality and safety procedures

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Hand tools experience

- Consistent and reliable work history

- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment

- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screening (urine test)

- Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
