What You'll Do Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts

Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional tone, and overall quality

Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs

Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery

Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced voice actor, narrator, or voice-over professional with a track record in performance-based audio work





Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery

Equipped with a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space

Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently

Naturally detail-oriented when it comes to evaluating tone, pacing, clarity, and pronunciation

No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Background in audiobook narration, commercial voice-over, dubbing, or broadcast performance

Experience evaluating or directing vocal performances in a studio context

Familiarity with regional Italian accents and dialect nuances
