We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Program Manager to lead and grow our program in North Eastern Australia.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage and expand program delivery, build strong relationships across the cancer care community, and support our incredible volunteer network.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the program across your region in line with targets and priorities

Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, cancer centres, and key stakeholders

Coordinate workshop delivery and assist with volunteer scheduling

Represent the program at cancer centres, conferences, and community events

Develop annual plans and budgets, and monitor program performance

Contribute to fundraising initiatives and volunteer recognition activities

Oversee reporting, administration, and CRM management

About You





You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a purpose-driven environment.

You will bring

3+ years’ experience in program delivery, community services, or similar

Proven ability to build partnerships and grow programs

Strong organisational, financial, and time management skills

Confidence presenting to groups and engaging diverse audiences

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office A high level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion

You’ll also need

A current driver’s licence

Willingness to travel, with overnight stays
