About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our Project Development Engineering team and help bring our renewable energy projects to life.
The Project Administrator plays a critical role in supporting project development activities across our renewable energy portfolio. This position provides structured administrative, coordination, and documentation support to ensure projects progress efficiently through development, approvals, stakeholder engagement, and early design phases.
This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, and has strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation, registers, reports, presentations, technical submissions, and governance documents, ensuring accurate document control and version management.
- Support project controls by maintaining risk, action, decision, change control, and lessons learned registers while ensuring documentation quality and consistency.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including meetings, workshops, site visits, stakeholder engagement sessions, and follow-up actions across multiple projects.
- Support consultant and stakeholder management activities, including RFP administration, proposal evaluation,
deliverable tracking, and maintenance of engagement records.
- Assist with procurement and financial administration, including purchase orders, consultant agreements, invoice processing, budget tracking, and project expenditure reporting.
- Provide general administrative and logistical support, including travel coordination, meeting minutes, action registers, and project team support.

Essential Criteria
1. Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
2. Experience supporting engineering, construction, infrastructure, or project-based teams.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across several projects simultaneously.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Desirable
1. Experience within renewable energy, utilities, energy development, or major infrastructure projects.
2. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
3. Understanding of procurement processes and contract administration.
4. Exposure to project governance, risk management, or development approval processes.
