Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural projects from concept design through to construction completion.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, budget and programme objectives are achieved.
- Develop creative design solutions that align with client objectives and project requirements.
- Prepare and oversee design documentation, planning submissions and construction documentation.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders throughout each phase of delivery.
- Attend client meetings, presentations and site inspections.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant Australian building codes, planning regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project programmes, deliverables and consultant coordination.
- Mentor and support graduate and intermediate architects within the practice.
- Contribute to business development opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Maintain high standards of design excellence,



technical accuracy and documentation quality.

About You

- Registered Architect (or eligible for registration) with 8+ years' experience within an architectural practice.
- Proven experience leading projects across residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
- Strong design capability with excellent technical documentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through all phases, from concept to construction.
- Excellent knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian

Standards and local planning requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite and

BIM workflows highly regarded.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring others.
