Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Construction Managers, you'll gain hands-on exposure to every stage of project delivery while developing the skills required to progress into a Contract Administrator and ultimately a Project Manager.

The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting multiple commercial projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include

- Assisting Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and trades.
- Supporting procurement and contract administration activities.
- Managing RFIs, project documentation and programme updates.
- Assisting with cost tracking, variations and project reporting.
- Liaising with clients, consultants and site teams to ensure projects remain on programme.

About You: To be successful,



you'll ideally have:

- Experience as a Project Coordinator, Site Coordinator or Junior Contract Administrator with a commercial builder.
- Exposure to commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Robust organisational and communication skills.
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in Project Management.
- A construction-related qualification (preferred).
- Previous experience working on fast-paced, live environment projects (retail highly desired)
