We are sourcing an experienced Project Engineer (Electrical) to join a leading engineering and project delivery business supporting major projects across Australia. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse electrical projects across EPC and Operations & Maintenance environments, working with a highly capable team delivering outcomes across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

This position will suit an engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced project setting, coordinating stakeholders, and contributing to the delivery of safe, practical, and commercially sound project outcomes.

About the role:

In this role, you will support the delivery of electrical engineering projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to help ensure project requirements are met safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical project works.
- Preparing and reviewing project documentation, technical reports, scopes, schedules, and procurement packages.
- Coordinating with internal teams, OEMs, subcontractors, and clients to drive project progress.
- Assisting with design review, technical interpretation, and constructability input.
- Monitoring project deliverables,



costs, variations, and milestones.
- Supporting procurement, materials tracking, and vendor engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Assisting with commissioning, site activities, and close-out documentation where required.
- Contributing to continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

About you To be successful, you will bring:

- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in project engineering within an EPC, construction, or maintenance environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, project delivery, and site coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Australian standards, WHS requirements, and project compliance.
- Experience across oil and gas, power, renewables, mining, or water sectors will be highly regarded.
