About the Role

We are currently seeking a driven and motivated BDM to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, business development, and building long-term professional relationships.

You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting business growth and delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, build up relationships, and sign up new business
- Conduct client meetings, promote the services, and manage offer negotiations
- Manage the onboarding and contract process end-to-end
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, networking events,



and client appointments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes

About You

- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Previous experience in Recruitment, Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese is preferred but not essential
- Highly driven, hardworking, and results-oriented
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional service
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
