We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and hands‑on Senior Storeperson (2IC). This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who has previously worked as a 2IC, or for someone with strong warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. We are looking for a reliable team member with a proven history of long‑term employment, robust operational skills, and the ability to lead by example while supporting the Warehouse Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse

The role is approximately 80% hands‑on warehouse duties and 20% supervisory responsibilities, making it well suited to someone who enjoys working alongside the team while taking ownership of workflow, safety, and operational performance. You will assist in coordinating daily warehouse activities, support and guide team members, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:





Carrying out a hands‑on approach and assist where necessary with handling of products, coordination of transport, unloading couriers, trucks, and containers.

Movement of products inbound, internal, and outbound is performed efficiently and safely.

Communicating with couriers and internal customers.

Maintaining warehouse consumables, assets and resources in a timely and safe manner.

Stocktaking.

Support ongoing development and monitoring of operating procedures.

Supervision of a small team.

Assembly of hydraulic motors.

To be successful in thisrole you shall have:

Previous warehouse supervisory experience and spare parts materials handling.

Demonstrated experience in managing warehouse activities.

Good knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics.

Intermediate administration skills in electronic file management including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Valid forklift licence and manual unrestricted driver's licence.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 6.30am to 3.00pm

Friday 6.30am to 1.00pm
