This is a casual with potential to be fulltime Embroidery & Heat Seal Assistant role at Ausworkwear & Safety. You will be responsible for providing high-quality embroidery & print services to support the custom workwear needs of our local business clients.
What you'll be doing
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce custom designs on a variety of fabrics
- Assist with editing embroidery designs to meet client specifications
- Collaborate with the Value Add Team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of embroidered & printed workwear
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation to support efficient production
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve embroidery processes and quality
Ausworkwear & Safety is looking for an energetic Team member who loves to keep busy and active. As a member of our team,

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an embroidery or textile production role highly regarded but not essential, on the job training is provided if you have a strong interest in learning a new skill
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating industrial Embroidery Machines & Heat Seal Press
- Familiarity with embroidery digitizing software and design techniques is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
