About the role

As a Residential Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow relationships with volume and residential builders across Australia.

This is a hands on, outward facing role that balances commercial growth, day to day account management and internal coordination. You’ll be regularly on the road meeting with builders, understanding their programs and strengthening in person relationships.

You’ll also be responsible for the delivery and performance of Amphis Live, including the direct management of Amphis Live consultants within your portfolio.

What you’ll be doing

Act as the primary point of contact for allocated builder accounts

Build strong, in person relationships across estimating, construction and procurement teams

Travel to support client relationships and portfolio growth





Develop account plans to increase lighting and electrical order value per home

Work closely with builders to embed Amphis products and services across programs

Lead the delivery of Amphis Live, managing consultants and supporting builder adoption

Collaborate with Product, Design and Operations to deliver consistent outcomes

Manage issues proactively and keep internal teams aligned

What you’ll need

Experience in account management within residential construction, electrical or building products

Solid relationship building and communication skills

Comfort managing multiple stakeholders and priorities

Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions focused mindset

Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role
