Site Supervisor/Manager - Automation Projects

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager/Supervisor to oversee the delivery of a large-scale Automated Storage and Retrieval systems. You will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating multiple contractors, and ensuring safe and efficient execution of the build.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day site activities across a major installation project
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders on-site, including:
- Equipment suppliers and installation teams
- Builders and other trades
- Internal and international technical teams
- Ensure safe site operations in line with company policies, protecting people, equipment, and the setting
- Drive project progress to ensure timelines and milestones are met
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively to avoid delays
- Maintain quality standards across all installation works
- Act as the key communication point between site and wider project teams
- Manage site reporting, updates, and documentation

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor, or leading hand on industrial or electromechanical installation projects




- Strong hands-on experience with equipment installation (e.g. conveyors, machinery, plant, racking or similar systems)
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and contractors on active sites
- Practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage issues on the ground
