Therole and you:

- Beresponsible for providing direct care, support and assistanceto residents;
- Encourage and promotethe activities program for residents;
- Assistresidents to communicate to ensure that the rights, interestsand needs of resident’s are met;
- Respond to resident’srequests for personal care and other assistance;
- Maintain residentrecords and information, utilising relevant systems and in linewith specified policies and procedures;
- Maintain a clean,comfortable, and safe homelike environment for theresident;
- Encourage and promotethe independence and freedom of choice ofresidents.

This is a current, 102 bed,Residential Care Centre located on the banks of Lake Howardat RAAFA's AFME retirement village in Bull Creek. AliceRoss-King Care Centre offers a combination of the higheststandards of individualised care, and we want you to join ourteam.

What you need todo:

- HaveCertificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or similarqualification;
- Updateyour resume;
- Beeligible to work in Australia;
- Satisfactory NationalPolice Certificate (on commencement of employment to be withinsix months from date of issue) or willing to obtainone;
- Be upto date with your Flu vaccinations;
