Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking a proactive Workforce and Policy Advisor to join our People and Culture team. This role will lead the development and implementation of workforce initiatives, people policies and governance frameworks that support a thriving, future-focused workforce.

Reporting to leaders, you will manage workforce planning, policy development, gender equality initiatives and workforce reporting while ensuring compliance and up-to-date employment documentation.
