Reporting to theVPPeople & Culture,you'lllead the Total Rewards function acrossANZ, partnering closely with our global Strategic Education Inc. (SEI) Total Rewards team in the US to align regional initiatives with global frameworks.You'llplay a key role in shaping ourremunerationand benefits strategy while ensuring the operational foundations are strong,scalable,and fit for purpose.

What You'll Do
You'lllead the Total Rewards function across ANZ, ensuringremunerationand benefits programs are aligned to business strategy while providing expert advice to leaders and delivering exceptional employee outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement ofremunerationframeworks, jobarchitectureand salary structures.
- Manage annualremunerationreview cycles including planning, system configuration, communications,analysisand reporting.




- Develop and enhance employee benefits programs across Australia and New Zealand.
- Providestrategicremunerationadvice to leaders,HRand executive stakeholders.
- Deliver market benchmarking and salary analysis using external market data.
- Build andmaintainremunerationgovernance,policiesand pay frameworks.
- Leadremunerationanalytics,reportingand workforce insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance withremunerationlegislation, governancerequirementsand internal policies.
- Drive regional Total Rewards strategy including internal equity, gender pay equity, incentive programs, careerprogressionand pay transparency initiatives.
- Partner with global Total Rewards teams to implement regional and global initiatives.

You’lllikelyhave:

- Extensive experience (7+ years) leading Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or Remuneration functions in a complexorganisationalenvironment.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate data into practical business solutions.
- Experience designingremunerationframeworks, jobarchitectureand salary review processes.
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships across all levels.
- Experience working across regional or globalorganisations,



with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the resilience to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to build capability while delivering outcomes.
- Experience leading projects, driving change and balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
- Advanced Excel,PowerPointand HRIS experience (Workday preferred).
- Demonstratedpeopleleadership experience.
