The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing high-quality Vietnamese/ Aussie … cuisine and supporting the day-to-day kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Assist the chef in food preparation, seasoning, grilling, hot pot, and wok techniques.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when required.
- Work effectively during peak periods and collaborate with the kitchen team.

Essential Requirements:





- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or higher (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum one year of full-time experience.
- Strong experience in grilled, hot pot, and wok cooking techniques.
- Valuable understanding of food safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual in Vietnamese and English is an advantage.

Salary: AUD $73,000 to $80,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on experience.
