AtBeachwood Early Learning and Kindergarten, we’ve created something truly special for our children, families, and team. We're a proudfamily owned and operatedcentre offeringplay based educational programsin a beautiful, purpose-built environment that is safe, supportive, and inspiring.

Embracing our stunning coastal location, our‘Out and About’and‘Beach to Bush’programs offer children rich, hands‑on learning experiences in their local community, including visits to the local beach, wetlands and parks.

Since opening our 126-place centre inJuly 2020, we've built a strong, dedicated team, many of whom have been with us from the beginning. Our 7 light filled classrooms cater to children aged6 weeks to Kindergarten, with room sizes ranging from a 12-place nursery to a 22-place Kindergarten.

We’re proud to have achieved an Exceeding Rating in all 7 Quality Areas and are passionate about forming strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and our team. About the Role

We’re on the lookout for passionate and experiencedEarly Childhood Educatorsto work beside our incredible team and families to deliver exceptional care and education to our Toddlers, Pre Kindergarten and 3 year old Kindergarten communities! In your position you will be supported by your room leader and team,



as well as our extended support network including Centre Director, Assistant Directors andEducational Leaders!

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or currently studying)
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis & CPR (preferred)
- Sound understanding of the EYLF & NQF
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for early childhood education
- Strong understanding of mandatory reporting obligations and commitment to ensuring children’s health and safety is paramount
- Fun, positivity, warmth and ability to work as part of a team!
