Uniting Victoria and Tasmania Croydon VIC is seeking a qualified social worker to join the Family Services Strengthening Families program. You will deliver community-based support and case management to help children, young people and families overcome challenges, promoting safety and wellbeing.

Key duties include coordinating case management across stakeholders, linking families to resources, and addressing concerns affecting parenting such as mental health, substance use or family violence.
