KMS Engineering is seeking a reliable and hardworking HR Driver/Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Tooradin VIC 3980, this role is integral to our operations. As an HR Driver/Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring goods are transported safely and efficiently whilst maintaining the high standards KMS Engineering is known for. This position offers flexibility with casual hours, making it ideal for individuals seeking work on a variable schedule.

What you’ll be doing

Operating and driving vehicles safely and responsibly to transport goods to designated locations

Loading and unloading cargo in accordance with health and safety regulations

Maintaining accurate records of deliveries

Assisting with general labour tasks on site and at our facility

Communicating effectively with management and team members regarding delivery schedules and any delays

Keeping work areas clean and organised

What we’re looking for

A current and valid HR driver's licence appropriate for the vehicles you will be operating

Previous experience in driving, logistics, transport or related labour roles

Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour tasks safely

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety standards

Excellent time management and reliability





The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Clear communication skills and a professional attitude

Flexibility to work casual hours as required by business needs

Any relevant certifications such as forklift operation or truck licences are advantageous
