About the Role

This is more than a dispensing position. You'll be the operational anchor supporting our doctor-led telehealth dispensary, ensuring every patient enquiry is attended to, every clinical communication is actioned, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Alongside hands-on dispensing, you will manage the flow of patient enquiries, clinical follow-ups, and dispensary administration, helping ensure a seamless experience for both patients and healthcare providers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting pharmacists with dispensing telehealth prescriptions and orders

- Be the first point of contact for patient enquiries, triaging, coordinating, and tracking matters through to resolution

- Liaising with prescribing doctors and clinical teams to progress prescriptions, approvals, and follow-ups where required

- Proactively following up outstanding prescriptions, deliveries, and refills

- Managing patient enquiry queues and day-to-day dispensary administration

- Ordering and managing dispensary consumables and supplies

What We're Looking For

- Certificate IV in Dispensing (Pharmacy) or strong dispensary experience

- A customer-first mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Exceptional organisational skills and follow-through

- Confidence communicating with patients, doctors, and clinical teams

- Proficiency with pharmacy dispensing software
