Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to represent our customer on an upcoming pavement resurfacing project. This is a night shift role, working Sunday night through Thursday night, commencing in September 2026 and continuing through to the end of November 2026.

The successful candidate will play a key role in site representation, coordination, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting across the project delivery period.

Key responsibilities

- Assist and coordinate the Company’s nominated external subject matter expert consultants and/or internal resources.
- Coordinate, provide site representation,



and support quality assurance activities with the Company’s nominated Principal Pavement Contractor and associated subcontractors.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of the project scope.
- Assist and attend progress meetings with nominated stakeholders.
- Develop and submit site report documentation outlining progress and status updates for each working shift.
- Assist the Company’s Representative with quality assurance activities and progress tracking information.
- Provide routine reporting as required or directed by the Company Representative.
- Attend stakeholder meetings as required.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s HSE and Access Permit requirements.
- Carry out any other project management-related instructions issued by the Company Representative.

About you

- Proven experience in civil works, pavement resurfacing, or infrastructure delivery.
- Strong site supervision, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and manage reporting requirements in a fast-paced project environment.
- Sound understanding of quality assurance, safety, and access compliance requirements.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
