About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven qualified to join our Project Management / Corporate Strategy team. In this role, you will lead high-impact strategic initiatives, oversee cross-functional projects, optimize business operations, and support executive decision-making to drive sustainable organizational growth.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong project management, business strategy, and stakeholder management experience who are passionate about solving complex business challenges and delivering measurable results.

? Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

- Lead and manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and implementation strategies.
- Monitor project performance, milestones, and deliverables while proactively managing risks and issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
- Implement project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.

Corporate Strategy
- Support the development and execution of the company's corporate strategy and long-term business plans.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop business cases, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to support business growth.




- Assist leadership in organizational transformation and business expansion initiatives.

Business Performance & Process Improvement
- Analyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and strategic performance metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement and business process optimization initiatives.
- Support change management and organizational development programs.
- Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration
- Work closely with senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams to align strategic priorities.
- Facilitate executive meetings, strategic workshops, and project review sessions.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare board reports, business presentations, and strategic documentation.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation.

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, corporate strategy, management consulting, business operations, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Excellent business analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.




- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
