Project Manager – Class 2 Residential & Mixed-Use Developments

We are partnering with a Tier 2 Builder with a strong track record delivering Class 2 apartment and mixed-use developments across Sydney, NSW. Due to continued growth and a robust project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

The Opportunity

This is a key role responsible for the end-to-end management of residential and mixed-use projects, from design development through to construction and completion. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery across time, cost, and quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of Class 2 apartment and mixed-use development projects
- Manage project programmes, budgets, and risk profiles
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, and construction delivery
- Ensure compliance with NSW planning and building regulations
- Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders




- Drive high-quality outcomes aligned with commercial objectives

About You

- Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects in NSW
- Exposure to mixed-use developments will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially astute with solid problem-solving capability
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or a related field
