Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of Project Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Banking or Financial Services projects.
- Strong experience managing enterprise technology transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
- Solid experience with project governance, RAID management, budgeting, and financial tracking.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise delivery frameworks.

Mandatory Requirement




- Prior experience working at Bank (mandatory/preferred as per client requirement).
- Experience delivering projects within bank technology or business transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of bank governance, delivery methodologies, and banking processes.

Preferred Skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe Certification.
- Experience in Digital Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, Core Banking, or Risk Transformation.
- Knowledge of Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, or Enterprise Platforms.
- Experience managing enterprise vendors and third-party delivery partners.
