Lead the delivery of a high-profile $20M concrete structures package on one of Queensland's largest industrial developments.

Kotahi Consulting has been engaged to source an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a $20M self-performed concrete package forming part of a major industrial infrastructure project. This is an outstanding prospect for a hands-on Project Manager with a proven background delivering large-scale reinforced concrete structures including slabs, foundations, plinths, pedestals and heavy-duty industrial concrete works.

With flexibility to engage on either a contract or permanent basis, this role also offers roster flexibility, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals seeking either a traditional weekday arrangement or a 10:4 roster.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Director, you'll take full responsibility for the planning, commercial performance and delivery of a significant self-performed concrete works package. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the delivery of a $20M reinforced concrete structures package.
- Managing self-performed construction teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
- Planning and coordinating construction activities to achieve programme milestones.
- Driving safety, quality and environmental performance across the project.
- Managing project budgets, forecasting and commercial outcomes.
- Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.




- Building strong relationships with the client, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Leading project reporting and contributing to successful project outcomes.

About You

We're seeking an experienced civil or structural Project Manager who has successfully delivered complex concrete structures on major infrastructure or industrial projects.

You will ideally possess

- Demonstrated experience managing large self-performed concrete packages valued at $10M+.
- Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete construction including:
- Industrial slabs
- Equipment foundations
- Plinths and pedestals
- Concrete pads
- Structural concrete works
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing programme, cost and contractual performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
