It is a brand recent position, created because the Director wants to step fully out of day to day delivery and back into growing the business, while building a leadership layer underneath him that can run without him standing over it.

You are commercially minded to your bones. Margin is not someone else's problem, it is yours. You lead through people rather than doing everything yourself, and you stay organised and level headed when three things go wrong at once.

On offer

- $180,000 to $200,000 package depending on experience, plus Superannuation, a company vehicle and tools of trade
- An annual incentive tied to margin performance and contract administration results

- Real autonomy from a Director who wants to hand over delivery, not micromanage it

This one is based in Kalgoorlie.



I will consider Perth based candidates who can commit to a 2:1 FIFO roster in the short term, but relocating to Kalgoorlie after probation is part of the deal, not a nice to have. What you will be doing

- Running commercial and industrial projects valued above $1 million, start to finish
- Owning contract administration: entitlements, variations, extensions of time, notices, final accounts
- Reading, interpreting and administering contracts without needing anyone looking over your shoulder
- Holding estimating, procurement, supervision and admin functions accountable to the numbers
- Managing clients and superintendents with the kind of confidence that wins repeat work
- Building the systems and process this business needs as it scales

You will need

- A trade or construction management qualification behind you
- Runs on the board delivering commercial or industrial projects above $1 million
- Experience with local government, state government or mining sector clients
- Regional or remote delivery experience, ideally including refurbishment or occupied site works
- Comfortable running a subcontractor heavy delivery model
- Familiarity with Wunderbuild or a comparable platform
- A current driver's licence and White Card
