Our Client is a long-standing and well-known multi-disciplinary 3rd tier builder based in the Inner Eastern suburbs. They deliver both fully documented and D & C projects up to $20M with a focus on institutional, education and commercial projects.

They have just secured two institutional projects (one new build & one structural refurbishment/extension) totalling almost $10M so require and additional Project Manager to join the team.

To be considered you MUST:

- Have a minimum of 5 years experience within the commercial sector (as a CA or PM)
- Have formal tertiary and/or trade-based qualifications
- Be a self-starter capable of autonomously managing their own projects

In return the successful candidate will receive a permanent position with a brilliant builder that can offer medium to long-term stability. Salary will be versatile depending on experience with a range of $170,000 - $240,000 total package.
