As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has opened for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership group, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, while helping shape the next stage of Sagle's continued growth.

About You





You are a confident and commercially minded Project Manager who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes, building relationships, and leading projects with professionalism and integrity.

You will bring

- Around 3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through all stages of delivery
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, programming, and contract administration
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
- A mindset aligned with integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement

We also welcome conversations with Senior Project Coordinators or Junior Project Managers who feel ready to step into a Project Manager role, and are looking for the right level of support and mentorship from an experienced leadership team to take that next step in their career.
