Reporting to the Manager Strategic & External Projects, you'll play a critical role in supporting the delivery of large-scale capital projects through project coordination, cost administration, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and governance support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate procurement processes, purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation.
Maintain project registers, reports, and governance documentation.
Act as a key coordination point between project teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Assist with contractor onboarding, stakeholder engagement, meetings, workshops, and project communications.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across project systems and processes.
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who is keen to learn,
grow, and build their projects career.
You will bring
2-5 years' experience in a Project Officer, Project Coordinator, or Project Support role.
Experience supporting projects within construction, infrastructure,
resources, engineering, mining, or related industries.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and continuously improve processes.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Essential Requirement
Due to the nature of the project and stakeholder requirements, Australian
