Are you passionate about Generative AI , Large Language Models (LLMs) , and building intelligent AI solutions? We're looking for an experienced Prompt Engineer to join our growing AI team and play a key role in designing, evaluating, and optimizing production-grade LLM applications.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design, develop, and maintain production-ready prompt frameworks, including system prompts, few-shot examples, role-based prompts, and reasoning workflows.

✔ Build and manage automated evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, accuracy, latency, and regression.

✔ Conduct A/B testing across prompt variations, model versions, and configurations to optimize AI outcomes.

✔ Translate product requirements into effective prompts, personas, constraints, and guardrails.

✔ Collaborate with ML Engineers and Product teams to determine when Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning, or other AI architectures are most appropriate.

✔ Maintain centralized prompt repositories with version control, documentation, and performance benchmarks.

✔ Perform red-teaming and adversarial testing to identify hallucinations, jailbreak risks, and model vulnerabilities.

✔ Define evaluation criteria, annotation guidelines, and AI quality standards.

✔ Drive continuous prompt optimization, benchmarking, and performance improvements.





✔ Mentor engineering teams on Prompt Engineering best practices and present AI strategies to technical and business stakeholders.

? Required Technical Skills

✅ Strong programming experience in Python, C#, or JavaScript

✅ Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering

✅ Experience building AI-powered applications, automation frameworks, or evaluation pipelines

✅ Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) , AI Agents, Vector Databases, and Prompt Orchestration Frameworks

✅ Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise integration patterns

✅ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms

✅ Robust understanding of AI evaluation, experimentation, benchmarking, and performance optimization

? Experience Required

✔ 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, Software Development, Technical Writing, or related fields

✔ Minimum 2 years of hands-on Prompt Engineering experience with production LLM applications

✔ Proven experience owning Prompt Engineering systems from design and implementation through monitoring, evaluation, and continuous optimization
