About the Role

We're looking for an experienced property manager to look after a small, well-maintained portfolio for our Toowoomba-based agency. This isn't a high-volume, burnout-by-Friday role. It's a chance to do focused, high-quality work for a manageable number of clients — and actually be proud of every interaction.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing a small portfolio of rental properties from end to end

- Building genuine relationships with landlords and tenants

- Coordinating routine inspections, maintenance, and lease renewals

- Handling enquiries and issues promptly and professionally

- Delivering the kind of service that turns clients into advocates

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in residential property management

- Excellent communication skills and a genuine service mindset

- Strong organisational skills and the discipline to self-manage in a remote role

- Sound knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation (or willingness to get up to speed quickly)

- A calm, solutions-focused approach when issues arise

- Reliable internet and a suitable home work setup

Prior experience in the Toowoomba or Darling Downs region is a bonus, but not essential.
