Core Responsibilities:

- Acting as the primary contact for landlords, tenants,



and contractors with a focus on elite service delivery

- Seamlessly coordinating and managing property maintenance requests

- Proactively monitoring and managing daily rental arrears

- Maintaining crystal-transparent communication and top-tier client relations at every touch-point

Must Have

- Minimum 2 year experience managing a portfolio

- Professional presentation

- Exceptional written and verbal communication

- Proactive in completing tasks
- A current WA Property Management registration
