The Role Highland is seeking a highly organised, confident and experienced Property Manager to join an exceptional team of hard-working and vibrant individuals.

This is a full-time position based between our Cronulla and Sutherland offices depending on the successful candidate’s location. This is a Monday-Friday role, with one Saturday required every three months (RDO provided).

Duties And Responsibilities

- Managing a Sutherland Shire-based portfolio of approximately 160-200 properties alongside other experienced Property Managers
- Communicating frequently with landlords and tenants
- Collaborating with the Leasing and New Business teams
- Coordinating and carrying out routine inspections, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Managing lease signings and key distribution
- Organising electronic filing of tenant and landlord information
- Actioning requests for tradespersons, cleaners etc. in a timely manner
- Utilising PropertyMe, Inspection Real Estate,



FlickitOver and more (training provided)

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (required)
- Previous experience in Property Management (2-3 years' experience)
- Strong ability to think on your feet and problem solve - Skilled communication and follow-up skills
- Confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders and managing conflict resolution
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
