About the Role

As Pulp Service Account Manager, you will be the trusted link between our customers and the global ANDRITZ organisation. Working closely with mill management, operations and maintenance teams, you will identify opportunities to improve reliability, productivity and asset performance through service, upgrade and optimisation solutions.

This role offers a unique blend of engineering, customer engagement and business development across some of the most advanced pulp mill technologies in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build and strengthen customer relationships across Australia and New Zealand
- Develop a clear understanding of customer goals, challenges and improvement priorities
- Identify service, optimisation, upgrade and rebuilding opportunities
- Support inspections, shutdowns, troubleshooting and technical discussions
- Coordinate solutions with global ANDRITZ product specialists
- Develop proposals and present value-adding solutions to customers




- Assist customers to maximise equipment performance and lifecycle value
- Support long-term customer partnerships and regional business growth

About You

- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical or similar)
- Typically 10-15 years' relevant experience in pulp and paper, industrial services, manufacturing or another heavy process industry
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially aware with a customer-first mindset
- Practical problem solver with sound technical capability
- Comfortable engaging with operators, maintenance teams, technical specialists and senior management
- Self-motivated and able to work independently across the ANZ region

Experience in kraft pulping, fibreline operations, chemical recovery, boilers or industrial process equipment will be highly regarded.

Location

Melbourne preferred; however, applications from elsewhere in Australia or New Zealand will be considered.

Regular travel throughout Australia and New Zealand, together with occasional international travel, will be required.
