We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Analyst to help ensure our software products deliver exceptional quality and reliability. If you're passionate about testing applications, identifying issues, and improving user experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

? Key Responsibilities

Execute manual testing to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.

Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and QA documentation.

Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.

Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.

Verify bug fixes and ensure applications meet quality standards before release.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the development lifecycle.

Assist in improving QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards.

Support automation testing initiatives and continuous quality improvement efforts.

Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiarity with bug tracking or test management tools is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, or automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
