? Key Responsibilities

- Execute manual testing to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Design and maintain test cases, test plans, and quality documentation.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure products meet quality standards before release.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to improve software quality.
- Assist in enhancing QA processes, testing strategies, and documentation.
- Support automation testing initiatives and continuous quality improvements.

- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA best practices.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with bug tracking or test management tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, or automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
