? We're Hiring: QA Tester / Automation Engineer

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level

We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Tester / Automation Engineer to join our technology team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about software quality, test automation, and delivering reliable, high-performing applications.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality by designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated test processes throughout the software development lifecycle.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure product quality.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and software release processes.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously improve QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest QA tools, testing technologies, and industry best practices.

✅ Requirements

- Experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or test automation is preferred.




- Robust understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# is an advantage.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
