We are currently recruiting for on going contracts and temp to permanent opportunities in the western suburbs of Melbourne . The purpose of this rolesareto ensure that the correct maintenance are undertaken to optimise production capacity and replacements of components in the field and workshop. As well as proficiency with welding, you must be willing to work in workshop and all weather conditions and adaptable to work up to 45 - 60 hours per week including some weekends.
Boiler Makers / Fitters
- structural steel fabrication( including Cleats, Plates, Columns and beams )
- Various plant experience - Mobile and fixed
- MIG welding
- Maintenance of gear box, conveyors, crushers and shredd
To be successful in your application you must have the following :
- White card
- Able to read/interpret detailed drawings
- Own reliable vehicle
- Drivers licence
- Experience in site and workshop roles
- Mustsit for possibleDrug and Alcohol testing
