We're Looking For

An experienced property development leader who combines strong commercial acumen, stakeholder influence and people leadership with a passion for delivering high quality communities.

You will be confident managing complex projects, building strong partnerships, leading high performing teams and navigating the challenges of large scale developments while delivering exceptional commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Development Manager within our Development team, you'll lead theend to enddelivery of major development projects, working closely with internal specialists, capital partners, landowners, consultants, government authorities and community stakeholders.

Reporting to the Project Director, you'll be responsible for driving project performance across planning, approvals, commercial outcomes, stakeholder engagement and project delivery. You'll lead and develop a team while fostering a collaborative, customer focused culture that supports strong business outcomes and sustainable community growth.

This permanent role offers the opportunity to influence project strategy, mentor emerging talent and make a meaningful impact on one of Australia's leading master planned community portfolios.

About You





You're passionate about creating communities and delivering projects that have a lasting impact. You thrive in environments where you can balance commercial outcomes with stakeholder needs and are looking for a role that offers autonomy,leadership responsibility and the opportunity to shape significant development projects from conception through to completion.

Experience & Skills That Count

- 5 to 10 years' experience within property development or a related property industry sector
- Demonstrated experience leading complex development projects and managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commercial and financial capability, including forecasting, feasibility analysis and project performance management
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, consultants, government authorities and delivery partners
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Valuation or a related discipline, with a current driver's licence
